How to Book Accor Hotels via TopCashback

Accor Live Limitless × TopCashback — book Accor with ALL points and stack Cash Back

Accor hotels (ibis, Novotel, Mercure, Pullman, Sofitel, Fairmont) can pay you extra money if you start the booking on TopCashback. Pay with your card, or pay with Accor points. The extra cash back can still show up.

In March I booked an Accor stay for $709.75 using Accor points. TopCashback still paid me $42.58.

What is TopCashback?

TopCashback is a free website. You click a store on it (Accor, in this case) and it sends you to Accor’s own site (all.accor.com). After you stay, TopCashback pays you a cut of that booking. That cut is Cash Back: real money you can take out.

If you go straight to Accor, or book in the Accor app, TopCashback usually cannot see the stay. So you start on TopCashback every time.

How to book Accor via TopCashback

Same steps whether you pay with money or with Accor points.

  1. Sign in to TopCashback.
  2. Search for Accor (it may say ALL – Accor Live Limitless). Check today’s cash-back %.
  3. Click Get Cash Back. Accor’s website should open.
  4. Sign in to Accor ALL.
  5. Search your hotel and dates.
  6. Pick a room. Pay with your card, or choose Pay with Reward points (or points + cash).
  7. Finish the booking in that same window. Do not jump to the Accor app.
  8. After the stay, wait for TopCashback to show the cash back. If it is missing, raise a claim with your Accor confirmation.

Cash or points: you can still get paid

A lot of people think cash back only works if you pay with a card. On Accor, that is not true.

  • Pay with money: you book a normal Accor stay. TopCashback can still pay you.
  • Pay with Accor points: you use ALL Reward points for the room. TopCashback can still pay you. My $709 stay was paid with points and still paid cash back.

Taxes or extras at the hotel may still be charged in cash. That is normal. The room itself can be points, money, or a mix.

Want the full Accor points programme (status, transfers)? That lives in the Accor Live Limitless guide.
